    What is your return policy? top

    ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER.  NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY REASON. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS. 

     DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER.  CUSTOMER MUST SEND THE IMAGES OF DAMAGED ITEM AND DAMAGED AREAS.

    ANY SIZE ISSUES CANNOT BE THE REASON FOR THE RETURN.  CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND THERE WILL BE 20% RESTOCKING FEES OR CAN BE EXCHANGE TO DIFFERENT STYLES WITH SHIPPING PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. AND CANNOT EXCHANGE ALREADY EXCHANGED ITEMS.  MUST REQUEST EXCHANGE WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

    Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, trees, balloons, and some gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products are covered by eBoutique Fab's Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department and sent to our product return mailing address.

    If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

    Will I be charged for return shipping? top

    Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances except for the damaged items.  

    Do you ship internationally? top

    No, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

    Can I cancel my order? top

    Yes! You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee, unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

    Do you keep my credit card information? top

    Customer's credit card information is a big liability. Our system and payment gateway is made so that no credit card number is stored in our system. Once the customer enters the number, we do NOT and will NOT keep it in our server or system.

    How can I check the status of my order? top

    You can check the status of your order by the email notifications that are sent to you. Also you may click on the "Order Tracking" link located on our website.

    How long does it take for my order to ship? top

    If the order is received before 12PM EST, we can have it shipped out the same day. However, during busy times such as Mondays and Holidays, it might be very difficult. Also orders received on weekends will be shipped out on the next business day. Delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen.

    When will my order arrive? top

    Normally and order can be expected to arrive within 10 business days, unless it is placed over the weekend or during major holidays, in which case it will ship on the next business day.

    Please note: Due to the fact that we use multiple distributors, an order can take up to 30 days to arrive. In such event, we will do our best to notify you prior to processing your order.

    What method of shipping do you use? top

    The primary shipping method use is UPS. However, other shipping methods may be requested!  To use a different shipping method, please make a note on "Add Comments About Your Order" section, during the check out process.

    Do you substitute items in your gift baskets? top

    Substitutions

    We make every effort to ensure that perishables we feature on our pages are in season and available. In some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as exotic, or tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. eBoutique Fab reserves the right to substitute perishables of like color, appearance, and/or value.

    Because of the popularity of some basket arrangements, eBoutique Fab must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and other decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style. In the case of our not having a colored vase available, we will most often substitute with a clear glass vase, adding a bow to represent the color of the pictured vase.

    Our customer service department will contact you if a major substitution is necessary.

    What is your delivery schedule for gift baskets & gifts? top

    These gifts are referred to as shipped gifts.

    The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable.

    We have a variety of shipping methods ranging from Standard Ground Delivery to Standard Overnight Delivery. Our gifts are shipped via FedEx and UPS.

    Shipping amount is based on flat rate shipping.

    We offer same day shipping Mon-Fri, cutoff is 10am EST. During holidays cutoff times are extended.

    Note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping.

    Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.

    Please be sure to read all shipping information carefully, you will find that various product types have different shipping concerns.

    If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

    If you would like to return a gift received please contact our customer service department within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options.

    We at eBoutique Fab are pleased to offer a wide selection of personalized gifts for you. If you purchase one of these items please remember this gift has been specially crafted just for you and your recipients. We are unable to accept returns on these items and will contact you immediately regarding reshipment if it happens to come back to us.
